Ariana Barroso Honored as Park Elementary Classified Employee of the Year

Fort Smith Public Schools is proud to announce Intervention Paraprofessional, Ms. Ariana Barroso, as the Park Elementary Classified Employee of the Year! Ms. Barroso has continuously demonstrated a deep commitment to her students' well-being and academic success. 

One of her colleagues shared, "Ms. Barroso genuinely cares about the well-being of her students, as well as their academic success. She will gladly assist other staff members who need help." This reflects her willingness to go above and beyond to support not only the students but also the staff around her. Her focus on collaboration, positive relationships, and creating a warm and welcoming environment has made a lasting impact at Park Elementary.

Ms. Barroso works hard and enjoys making a difference in the lives of students. Whether she’s building relationships with students, parents, or staff, she always strives to make every interaction meaningful. She has demonstrated time and again that she is a key member of the Park Elementary team, always going the extra mile to ensure a successful and supportive learning environment.
