Connecting with a Live Tutor
- Get Started: Click on "Connect with a tutor now" at the top of the page.
- Find a Tutor: Fill in the quick pre-session questionnaire and click Submit. You'll be matched with the first available tutor best qualified to assist you.

Communicate: Use text or voice chat to communicate with your tutor in the online classroom. You and your tutor can also share ideas on the interactive whiteboard.

Share a file: Upload files related to your assignment to the online classroom—including documents, spreadsheets, slides, screenshots, image files, and more to work on with your tutor.
- Rate and review your session: After your session, complete a quick survey, assess your transcript, and replay the recording if needed.
How to "Drop Off" a Paper for Review
- Get Started: Click on "Drop off your work" at the top of the page.
- Submit Paper: Select "Writing Review" in the dropdown. Fill out the submission form, choose the file you would like to upload and click Submit at the bottom of the page.
- Review Your Feedback: Once your paper has been reviewed and returned, click on "My Account" and select "Completed Sessions." Locate your essay review session and open the Summary Feedback Form and Reviewed Document.
